    When you rent from Bullfrog Bouncers, delivery, setup, and takedown are all included in your rental price. Our professional team arrives on time with all necessary equipment, handles complete installation, and returns at the end of your rental period to pack everything up. You don't have to lift a finger!

    We deliver throughout the River Valley and Northwest Arkansas regions. Delivery fees vary based on distance from our Fort Smith location. Many areas qualify for free delivery—contact us to confirm delivery pricing for your specific address.

    How far in advance should I book?

    We recommend booking 1-2 weeks in advance for most events. During peak season (April-October), popular items may book up earlier. For large events or holiday weekends, booking 3-4 weeks ahead ensures the best selection.

    Is delivery included in the rental price?

    Delivery is free for orders of $100 or more to our service area cities. Orders under $100 to those cities include a $50 delivery fee. Locations outside our service area require a custom delivery quote — just call us and we'll work with you on pricing.

    What time will you deliver?

    We coordinate delivery times based on your event schedule. Most deliveries happen 1-2 hours before your event start time. We'll confirm your delivery window when you book.

    Do you deliver to parks and public venues?

    Yes! We regularly deliver to parks, schools, churches, and commercial venues throughout our service area. Some venues may require proof of insurance, which we can provide upon request.
